The frame is constructed using pine, and veneered with curly and burled maple.

The panel is construced using pine, and the painting surface, mahogany.

As is my habit, as much of the wood as possible is from salvage. The veneers are from my permanent stock of vintage veneers. All wood surfaces except the painting itself, are finished with orange shellac, using the French Polishing method.
