The Wittig Report - on the Interface Between Life and Art
-------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to the Wittig Report...
On the one hand there is 'Art,' and on the other hand, there is 'Life,'
...and somewhere in the middle, they meet.
September was interesting in that, while I only posted seven finished
paintings, I got a lot of other work done.
1) I finished writing and publishing my first e-book, titled 'Eight
Years' (it covers my entire first eight years in the fine visual
arts)... images of about 1,000 (a little more, actually) paintings,
drawings, and sculptures I produced and sold, plus the 70 articles/
papers I wrote, during that time frame.
The CD page is right in with the paintings, below, and at $11.00,
quite a bargain.
2) I wrote my first Short Story.

Short Story - 'Three Months in Autumn'
"It was in early September, in the toy isle of the local discount
store in Chicago, that it happened... a miracle, that almost
nobody
noticed."
